In the paper, Implementing the Continuum of Risk: Modified Risk Tobacco Products, Azim and Adam address how the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) can better implement the Tobacco Control Act’s Modified Risk Tobacco Product (MRTP) provisions to benefit the public health.
